Gymnastics & Trampoline Award Schemes

With outdoor trampolines and gymnastic mats readily available to your children, incorrect training, bad habits and accidental injury is on the increase, with this in mind Body Fizzeek runs trampoline classes to promote the safer use and understanding of this fun and exciting sport. Our award scheme progresses through the basic moves to advanced moves, each award has ten set moves and two routines that you must complete.
