Trampolining, Gymnastics and Cheerleading courses run during term times, half terms and easter masterclasses. Below are our current classes which all run on Saturday morning during school term, each course is bookable and is charge for a full term. Trampoline	9:30am to 10:30am	5 to 15 years old classes of mixed age and ability.

Cheerleading	12:15pm to 1:00pm	Over 10s
All trampoline classes are mixed ability

All of the above course are mixed ability, each child works towards the Body Fizzeek gymnastic & trampoline award schemes with group or personel progress sheets. Parential supervision is required for all classes that cater for children under 5 years old.
